Sometimes life feels like a lot.
School, friendships, family stuff, pressure, overthinking, feeling left out, feeling "too much" or not enough at all… it can all build up without even realising it.
That's where Mood Space comes in.
Mood Space isn't about being perfect or pretending to be happy all the time. It's a space where kids and teens can check in with how they're actually feeling in a simple, fun and real way.

Why We Created Mood Space
We wanted to create something that felt safe, easy and relatable.
Not something clinical or overwhelming. Not another app full of pressure. Just a space where emotions are normal and connection matters.
Sometimes people don't know how to explain what they're feeling. Mood Space helps make that easier through quick check-ins, emotions, reflection and small everyday habits that help build confidence and emotional awareness over time.
Real Feelings. Real Life.
Everyone has hard days. Everyone has emotional moments.
One day you can feel motivated and happy, and the next day feel stressed, flat or emotional for no reason. That's normal.
Mood Space is about helping young people understand their emotions instead of ignoring them. The more we understand our feelings, the easier it becomes to communicate, ask for help, build healthy habits and support each other.
More Than Just an App
Mood Space is about connection.
Connection to yourself. Connection to people around you. Connection to your emotions in a healthy way.
We want Mood Space to feel uplifting, calming and positive — somewhere that reminds people they're not alone in how they feel.
At the end of the day, emotions are part of being human.
Mood Space is here to help make those conversations easier, more normal and less scary.
Feel it. Share it. Understand it.
Welcome to Mood Space.
